After 16 years leading Keolis in the UK & Ireland, our CEO, Alistair Gordon, has been asked to take on a new role within the company. He has been appointed to the Keolis Group Executive Committee and will be the CEO for a new Zone: Middle East, India, Asia & Pacific.
He will take on this role on 1st July and the UK will move into a new zone: UK, Ireland, USA & Canada. This will be led by Abdellah Chajai. Abdellah is currently the Keolis Group Executive Director of Marketing, Innovation, Sustainable Development and Engagement. He joined Keolis in 2007 and prior to his current role was the Managing Director of Keolis Amey Docklands and was CEO of Keolis Commuter Services, the operator of the MBTA Commuter Rail in Boston (United States).
To assist Abdellah in this new role, Richard Graham, Keolis Amey Docklands Managing Director, will be appointed Keolis UK&I CEO in addition to his current Director responsibilities. In this new position, Richard will report directly to Abdellah.
These two new zones reflect the perimeter of our International business unit, which the Group has split in two, to strengthen our proximity with our clients, anchor our presence in countries where we operate and impact positively on the communities we serve.
