Keolis has been shortlisted to bid for both the TransPennine Express and Northern franchises as part of joint venture agreements.

- Keolis will be the majority partner on the TransPennine Express franchise (Keolis 65%: Go-Ahead 35%).
- Go-Ahead will be the majority partner on the Northern franchise (Go-Ahead 65%: Keolis 35%)
- Keolis, through its joint ventures, currently handles 414 million UK rail passenger journeys every year – equivalent to one in three train journeys made in Great Britain- and employs more than 11,000 people.
